Yearly Schedule

Our preschool program runs Monday through Friday from 9am –1pm. Extended care is available until 5pm daily. We operate 12 months a year – from September through Aug. We also run a 6 week circus camp from mid-June through the end of July.  August is used as a time for new comers although continuing families are welcome.

 

Before & after school option

Extended care is available from 8-9 am  & 1-5 pm daily

Typical Daily Schedule

​

Morning Program

• 9-9:30: Free play

• 9:30-10: Singing circle, drumming, music, spanish, capoeira or yoga.  Every Friday morning we offer a family music circle with parents and family members (if available) and their children.

• 10-10:30: Indoor free play

• 10:30-11: Tea time, calendar, reading, conversation, letter sharing

• 11-12:15: Free play, art, science, gardening, cooking, pre k work

• 12:15-1: Lunch, reading, conversation 

• 1pm: Pick up from morning program

 

Afternoon Program

• 1-2pm: Free play inside, indoor swings, dramatic play, play dough, etc.

• 2-3pm: Out door play, bikes, water play, rock gardens, trucks, gardening, etc.

• 3- 3:30pm: Afternoon snack and story time.

• 3:30-4: Library time, quiet time with books. 

• 4-5: Free play, indoor swings, dramatic play, puzzles, self directed art, etc.

• 5pm: End of class, pick up time

 

Naps are always an option and the time will be worked out with individual families.
